I’m not one for tanning. Even though I got a fake tan before I left for holiday (turned out really patchy), I ended up looking my natural deathly pale about 2 days in. Although it really has made me question why I even bother with the fake tan anymore? It’s funny how going on holiday can make you re-evaluate things, especially when it comes to beauty and fashion.
I love the fact that on holiday, you really don’t have to bother with applying make-up during the day and styling an outfit is so much easier when it’s just too hot for anything other than shorts and a t-shirt! Whilst I was away in Spain for my hols, I just wore my bikini and kaftan most of the day but then I did enjoy glamming up a little at night, but still keeping it quite casual.
I teamed this vintage skirt that I featured in my Lola’s vintage kilo sale blog, with my neon green grunge t-shirt from Primark. I love this t-shirt but it’s really not washing well, the dye is starting to come away at the seams, but when it’s only a fiver it’s hard to be that annoyed. I absolutely adore these new shoes that I got off ebay. They are in keeping with the season trend of minimalist sandals but the heel is actually the perfect height for comfortable walking.
Primark top, vintage skirt, ebay sandals, leather bag and bracelets from spanish market, new look hair clips and earrings
I came across this leather bag at a market and instantly fell in love with it. I think it looks quite vintage with the studs and american coins and for 25 euros it’s a bargain! I also picked up these cool floral bracelets from a stall on the beach, just one euro each but they come in such amazing bright colours, really nice addition to any outfit.
